Order Processing and Handling

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. As each product is handmade and carefully crafted by me, please note that some items may take additional time to prepare to ensure the absolute best quality. Your patience is greatly appreciated as I work to create your perfect item!

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, size, and carrier rates of your package. These rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide once your order has shipped.

Responsibility for Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Bébé Fox Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will not be able to provide refunds or replacements for items once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

International Orders (Outside of Canada)

For international orders, please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees, including VAT taxes that may be assessed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.
